Michael R. Feniger, Esq.

Michael began his career as an attorney for a national insurance company and has been involved in a wide variety of associated matters for the past 35 years. He has represented countless individuals and families in personal injury and worker’s compensation matters in New Hampshire and Massachusetts serving as past Chairman of the New Hampshire Bar Association Worker’s Compensation Section. Michael has continued to expand his practice area to include condominium law and the representation of Condominium Associations, Management companies and Boards of Directors in issues from collection to drafting, amending documents and litigation from trial through the appellate process for the past 15 years. He has been involved in legislation addressing matters of importance to condominiums and testified before the New Hampshire Legislature in that regard.

Additionally, Michael is a member of the CAI and current Chairman of the New Hampshire Bar Association Condominium Law Section.

Gregory T. Uliasz, Esq.

Greg has been representing business clients for over 30 years from initial business formation to complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation, to commercial real estate transactions. Over his career he has represented medical practices, pharmaceutical companies, banks, auto and truck dealers, and fitness franchises; to name a few. His involvement starts at the ground level with business creation and continues through business and estate planning for the principles, as well as strategies for growth, employment contracts, real estate purchases and leases. He continues to represent condominium associations and management companies and he regularly appears in bankruptcy actions on behalf of creditors.

Brittany L. Stacey, Esq.

Brittany is licensed to practice law in State and Federal Courts in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She splits her time between our Manchester, NH and North Andover, MA offices where she focuses on business and corporate planning, mergers and acquisitions of closely held and family owned businesses and other business related issues. She also represents multiple lenders in commercial real estate transactions.

Ellen M. Rogers, Esq.

Ellen is licensed to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She joined our firm with over twenty years of litigation experience in the Boston area. Her current focus is condominium law and commercial litigation but she has vast experience in the area of personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.

Megan Martucci, Esq.

Megan is a graduate of New York University and Fordham Law School. She is a member of the New York and New Hampshire Bar Associations with a focus on all aspects of estate planning, asset protection and Probate Law. She brings experience to the Firm in the preparation and drafting of wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies and trust documents tailored to the specific needs of each client. She is also involved in the representation of Executors and Administrators during the Probate process to include the settlement of estates, will contests and other litigation. Megan prides herself on the dedication and compassion that her clients need and deserve.

Colin Carroll, Esq.

Colin is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire. He received his bachelor’s degree from Providence College, and law degree from The University of New Hampshire, Franklin Pierce School of Law where he sat as a Student Bar Association Governor. Colin joined our firm with experience at the Connecticut Attorney General’s Office defending Connecticut State Troopers and Correctional Officers from civil actions. He also has years of experience in public advocacy, clerking for the Connecticut Senate on matters of planning and development, labor, and education law, and contract lobbying on behalf of various businesses and interests in the Connecticut House of Representatives. A lifelong New Englander and passionate advocate, Colin’s practice focuses on all aspects of litigation, mediation, and dispute resolution.
